From our subterranean irrigation system implemented to conserve and efficiently use precious Colorado River water, to utilizing solar arrays to provide our electricity used, to only using certified disease free rhizomes and tissue culture plants to plant new hop yards, preventing the spread of diseased plants into Colorado, High Country Hops is ever committed to practicing ethical, environmentally conscious agriculture. We currently have 6 acres in production, and with other fields prepped and ready to be planted in several varieties, we have plenty of room for expansion in the near future.
